All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We prepare shipments on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5), excluding U.S. federal holidays:

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses or returned due to input errors.
If an order is returned, it may be discarded by the shipping partner. A reshipping fee will apply if you request a second delivery attempt.
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot redirect it or recover it if misrouted due to incorrect address input.
If your order involves personalization or custom designs, allow additional time for our design team to complete your request. Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity.
