When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We prepare shipments on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5), excluding U.S. federal holidays:

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking numbers may take 3–7 business days to update as carriers scan items into their system.

Where We Don’t Ship

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International locations


Address Accuracy Matters

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses or returned due to input errors.

  • If an order is returned, it may be discarded by the shipping partner. A reshipping fee will apply if you request a second delivery attempt.

  • Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot redirect it or recover it if misrouted due to incorrect address input.

If your order involves personalization or custom designs, allow additional time for our design team to complete your request. Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity.
