Order Exchanges

While we understand that preferences can change, please double-check your selections (size, design, and quantity) before completing checkout.

  • ❌ We cannot exchange items due to customer input errors.
  • ✅ You can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Order Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for all orders.

  • 💬 Email [email protected] within 24 hours of your order to cancel at no cost.
  • ⏳ After 24 hours, orders are sent into production and cannot be canceled as they are custom-made.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Items that arrived damaged or broken
  • Products that differ significantly from your original order
  • Orders that include wrong items
  • Products with major flaws not described on the site

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Minor, repairable thread or print defects
  • Damage not caused by our production/shipping process
  • Requests after 180 days from delivery

Submitting a Refund Request

To start a claim, please email us at [email protected] and include:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A detailed description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item and packaging
  4. Proof of purchase or invoice
  5. Shipping receipt or tracking number (if returning)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm if your item qualifies.


Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Return Cost: Customers cover the shipping fee unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Please wait for confirmation before sending your return.
  • Include all documentation and use a trackable shipping method.

📬 Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 2 business days.
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

🕐 If the refund doesn’t reflect in your account within 10–15 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider.


Important Notes

  • 180-day return window from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Gmatador is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Unauthorized or late returns may not be processed.
