  • Full name on the order

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

  • Your preference: refund or replacement


What Can Be Returned?

You’re eligible to return non-sale items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • Returned within 180 days of delivery

  • Accompanied by a sales receipt.

Return Instructions

Once our team reviews your request and approves the return, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Print your order confirmation email and include it inside the package.

  2. Ship the item(s) using your local postal service or a courier of your choice.

  3. Email us the tracking number once the package is on its way.

Exchanges?

Absolutely! If you’d like to swap a size or color, we offer one free exchange per order within the same 180-day window. Just contact us with the item you want to exchange and the replacement details.


After We Receive Your Return

Once your return package arrives:

  • You’ll get an email confirmation that your return was received.

  • We’ll review the return within 2 business days.

  • You’ll be notified if your refund or replacement is approved.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
